Felipe Ovalle Mönckeberg has a diverse work experience in the finance and insurance industry. Felipe is currently working as a Product Owner at Tenpo since March 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Itaú Chile, starting as a Product Manager for Current Accounts and Credit Lines from December 2017 to September 2020. Felipe was then promoted to Group Product Manager for Mortgage Loans, where they led a team and oversaw the entire product lifecycle.

Before joining Itaú Chile, Felipe worked at Seguros Falabella, where they served as a Category Manager for General Insurance from October 2016 to November 2017. In this role, they led key projects, managed relationships with sales channels and insurers, and successfully negotiated campaigns to boost sales. Prior to that, they worked as a Process & Lean Engineer, leading efficiency and service quality projects across different areas, and developed a process transformation proposal that was approved and implemented by the Executive Committee.

Felipe also has experience as a Key Account Manager at GreenTi, where they worked in digital business consulting.

Felipe Ovalle Mönckeberg pursued their education at Lancaster University, where they completed their MSc in Digital Business, Innovation, and Management from 2021 to 2022. Prior to their time at Lancaster, Felipe attended the Universidad de Chile between 2009 and 2014, where they obtained their degree in Commercial Engineering, specializing in Business Administration.
