Milou Vrijhof has worked as a Project Lead Projectbeheersing Large Projects at TenneT since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Nederlands Bakkerij Centrum as a Programmamanager Voeding en Consument from December 2017 to November 2020. Milou also worked at Foodstep as a Coördinator Market Research and Data Analysis from April 2017 to December 2017. Additionally, Milou worked at Wageningen University & Research as a Junior projectleider Consumerbehaviour and Health Research from September 2010 to April 2017, and as a Bestuurslid ondernemingsraad from January 2016 to March 2017.

Milou Vrijhof completed a PhD course in Novel ICT methods in behavioural & clinical nutrition at Aalborg University in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Food and Business from HAN University of Applied Sciences in 2010. Their secondary education was completed at Het Rhedens Lyceum, where they received a VWO degree in pre-university education between 1997 and 2003.
