Belma Ismailovic is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Analyst in the Leave of Absence department at Wellpath since April 2023. Additionally, Belma has an extensive background with the Tennessee Supreme Court as the first registered court interpreter for the Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian language since August 2007. Previous roles include Leave of Absence Specialist at Bridgestone Americas and Sharecare, and various positions at Thomas & Company, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and compliance analysis. At Health Assist TN, Belma successfully developed and managed an Interpretations Department, achieving significant revenue growth. Experience also includes providing interpretation services at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Belma holds dual Bachelor’s degrees from Middle Tennessee State University in Political Science (International Relations) and Mass Communication/Media Studies, complemented by minors in Speech and Theatre.
