Raymond Smotherman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business analysis, instructional design, and technical support. Since May 2017, Raymond has served as a Business Analyst for the State of Tennessee while also holding a position as an IS Trainer and eLearning developer at State of Tennessee Strategic Technology Solutions since March 2005. Responsibilities include developing technical support materials, creating eLearning courses compliant with SCORM and Section 508 standards, and training staff in various technologies. Previous experience encompasses technical positions at Ardent Health Services and Dell, along with early career roles in customer service and management.
