Jeff Hinds earned a Master of Professional Studies with a concentration in Strategic Leadership from Middle Tennessee State University in 2013, a B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems from the same university in 1990, and an A.S. in Information Systems Technology from Volunteer State Community College.
