Tracy Dolan has extensive experience in HR, with their most recent role being HR Director - Global Functions & Programmes at Tenneco, where they developed and implemented HR strategies to support business performance. Tracy also had global responsibility for talent management, succession planning, change management, employee engagement, and recruitment alignment. Prior to that, they worked as a Global HR Programme Manager at Tenneco and HR Business Partner at Liberty Speciality Steel, Liberty Speciality Steels, and Tata Steel.
