Nora Heyner has diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Nora served as the Human Resources Director Americas at Tenneco since August 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of global HR Director Ignition at the same company from April 2022 to January 2024. From August 2020 to April 2022, Nora worked as the Managing Director Human Resources Germany at Tenneco. Before joining Tenneco, they were the Director Human Resources Germany at Federal-Mogul Powertrain from August 2020 to January 2024, and prior to that, they served as the Manager Human Resources, Prokuristin from February 2018 to January 2024. Nora also gained experience as a Human Resources Factory Manager at Tetra Pak from January 2016 to January 2018. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at igus GmbH from March 2013 to December 2015, and as an HR Representative for employer branding & university marketing from June 2010 to February 2013. Nora's work journey began with an internship in Business Administration at Hotel Plaza San Francisco from September 2006 to February 2007, and they later held the position of Recepcionista there from March 2007 to July 2009.

Nora Heyner's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Business Psychology from the Universidad de Chile, obtained from 2007 to 2011. Nora then pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Labour Law and HR Management from Universität Hagen, completing it from 2012 to 2015. Nora also has the title of Honorary Judge in Labour Law from the Labour Court Wiesbaden, starting in 2017. Nora was also involved in a research project at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development related to establishing risk management competences. Additionally, Nora has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including a Certified Professional Business Negotiator from C4 Center for Negotiation by Quadriga University of Applied Sciences in 2022, as well as several LinkedIn certifications in areas such as Managing High Potentials, Lean Six Sigma, and Conflict Management, all obtained in 2021. Nora also holds certifications in Crisis & Business Contingency Management from BG ETEM in 2017, Systemic Coaching & Consulting from eurosysteam GmbH in 2017, and Potential & Psychology Diagnostics from OPP in 2013.
