Sonal Singh has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2017, they worked as a Community Manager at Empower Labs Private Limited. From 2018 to 2021, they joined EY as an Analyst and Associate Consultant, focusing on business consulting and information systems control. In 2022, they joined Tennders as a Business Analyst, responsible for strategizing and implementing the Product Roadmap and facilitating communication between technology and business teams. Sonal also identifies improvement opportunities within the product.

Sonal Singh completed their Master's degree in Sustainable Business and Innovation at EADA Business School from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they received training in Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy at Upaya Yoga in 2021. In 2014, they earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad. Sonal completed their Higher Secondary education in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry at AMS P. Obul Reddy Public School from 2012 to 2014. Sonal attended Sister Nivedita School for their High School education until 2012.

In terms of certifications, Sonal obtained the Beginner's Guide to Agile in Jira Badge and Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in May 2023. In June 2021, they completed the Learning Design for Sustainability certification from LinkedIn. Additionally, they received certifications in Supply Chain Foundations, Sustainability Strategies, and EY Climate Change and Sustainability - Bronze from LinkedIn and EY in May 2021 and August 2020, respectively.
