Jacqueline Teo has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jacqueline started their career as a Human Resource Administrator at GE Medical Systems Asia in 1994 and then worked as a Human Resource Specialist at GE Plastics Pacific from 1996 to 1998. Jacqueline later joined JP Morgan Chase as a Senior HR Generalist, where they oversaw various HR responsibilities and played a crucial role in merging different HR operations during a merger. Jacqueline also served as a Vice President - HR Business Manager for Personal Financial Services at United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) in 2003.
In 2004, Jacqueline became the Human Capital Director at United World College and then joined Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd in 2005 as an Assistant Director. Jacqueline worked at Subsea 7 Singapore from 2008 to 2016, initially as the Human Resources Director for Asia and Middle East, and later as the Human Resources Director for Asia Pacific & Middle East. During their time at Subsea 7 Singapore in London, Jacqueline led various HR consolidation and redesign initiatives.
From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Human Resources Director at S&P Global Platts before joining Tennant Company as the Human Resources Director for APAC in 2018.
Throughout their career, Jacqueline has demonstrated their expertise in HR strategy, organisational design, employee integration, and compliance with local regulations.
Jacqueline Teo completed a Master of Counselling from Monash University in 2017-2018. Prior to that, they earned a Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the Singapore Institute of Management in 1995. In 1993, they obtained a Bachelor of Psychology with a specialization in Organisational Psychology from The University of Western Australia. Jacqueline had previously completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution in 1990-1992.
