Previously, Frank was a Finance and Sales Manager at Arlington Heights Ford from September 2020 to June 2023, and served as Finance Director at Marquardt of Barrington from May 2011 to 2020, where significant achievements included securing $3 million in monthly loans and maintaining efficient documentation for underwriting. Earlier roles included sales at Pauly Toyota, where Frank exceeded average sales metrics, and various management positions at Elgin Toyota-Hyundai, overseeing finance and sales departments. Frank began career as a Die Maker, possessing skills in tooling, precision machining, and equipment troubleshooting, with initial experience at Hill Engineering.
