Bill Todd has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in facilities management, operations management, and business development. Bill worked as the Director of Global Real Estate and Facilities at Tennant Company since 2020. Prior to that, they were a Facilities Manager at Medtronic from 2017 to 2019. Bill also held roles at JLL, where they served as a Senior Manager in facility operations and later as a Senior Manager in global portfolio operations. Before JLL, Bill worked at Target in various managerial positions, including Senior Operations Manager and Regional Operations Manager. Bill began their career at United Parcel Service as an Account Executive in business development.

Bill Todd earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
