Henry Hsiung currently serves as a Supervisory Information Technology Specialist at the USPTO, managing cloud infrastructure teams in a hybrid multi-cloud environment since November 2018. Additionally, Hsiung works as an Information Systems Security Engineer at TENICA and Associates LLC, a position held since June 2018. Hsiung's prior experience includes roles at Deloitte as a Specialist Master focused on Security Risk Management and internal controls, as well as serving as a Senior Information Systems Security Engineer at Parsons and a Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where responsibilities included Information Assurance policy development and compliance. Hsiung also held a managerial role at Fannie Mae, overseeing technology engagements, and began a career as a Research Associate I at Human Genome Sciences supporting the Human Genome Project.
