Paul Farrugia is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the finance sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Tenet Equity since January 2022, Paul previously held the position of National Director of Accounting at Watermark Retirement Communities from June 2020 to January 2022. Prior to that, Paul was Vice President of Accounting and Corporate Controller at Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. from May 2013 to August 2018. Paul began their career at Deloitte, where Paul served as Senior Manager from September 2004 to May 2013. Paul earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Grand Valley State University between 1998 and 2002.
