Dee Chaisson began their work experience in 2003 at JPS Health Network, where they served as the VP of Finance until September 2010. Dee then worked as an Independent Healthcare Consultant and owned their own business from November 2010 to March 2013. In February 2013, they joined Tenet Healthcare as the Sr. Director of Operations Finance and Physician Development, where they currently hold a position.

Dee Chaisson attended the University of Louisiana Monroe from 1977 to 1980, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting.
