Darel Fronda, CPA CMA, is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in finance and accounting roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Accounting Lead at Tenet Healthcare since January 2020, Darel previously held the position of Finance and Accounting Lead at Capgemini and served in various senior finance roles at Sony from 2010 to 2019, where significant contributions included leading the migration of record-to-report processes and ensuring compliance with SOX controls. Darel's career began with positions at Max's Group Inc. and Rimbunan Hijau Group, among others, showcasing expertise in general accounting, treasury functions, and accounts receivable management. Darel holds a Certified Management Accounting designation and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Technological Institute of the Philippines.
