John Holt has a diverse work history in finance and accounting. John began their career as an Accountant-Lease Portfolio Manager at Toshiba Business Solutions in 2001. John then worked as a Financial Analyst at UnitedHealth Group in 2003 before becoming an Accounting Manager at SMC Ltd in 2004. In 2006, they joined St. Jude Medical as a Sr. Financial Analyst and later moved to Veeco Instruments in 2012 as a Sr. Financial Analyst. John's most recent roles include Corporate Controller at Tenere, Inc. starting in 2013 and a promotion to Vice President of Finance in 2014.

John Holt attended Bemidji State University from 1996 to 1997, majoring in Accounting and Finance. John then transferred to the University of Minnesota in 1997 but did not earn a degree from there. Finally, from 1998 to 2001, they studied at St. Cloud State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Finance.
