Book Zhang has extensive experience in technology and business strategy, currently serving as the head of RegTech Business at Tencent since September 2015, where expertise includes the comprehensive management of 2B products. Prior to this role, Book Zhang held the position of Senior Director in the E-commerce Global Strategy Department at Huawei since May 2012, focusing on optimal global e-commerce business models. Book Zhang also served as Director of the International Storage Solution Department at Huawei Symantec from December 2007 to May 2012, recognized as a senior expert in storage systems. Early in career at H3C (Huawei), from November 2003 to December 2007, Book Zhang was an expert in data center solutions with a focus on L2/L3 building. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Global MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer from Changsha University of Science and Technology.
