Chelsey Rowe is a Talent Attraction & Development Senior Analyst at Tenaris, where responsibilities include managing full-cycle performance management activities for Canada, developing initiatives to enhance performance culture, facilitating training sessions, and coordinating Employee Opinion Pulse Surveys. Additionally, Chelsey conducts development conversations with employees to foster growth and collaborates across the organization to identify development opportunities. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Hartmann North America following completion of a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Humber College and an Ontario College Certificate in Human Resources from Conestoga College.
