Jacob Werner is a real estate consultant at Tenant & Partner, specializing in tenant advisory services and project management from needs assessment to lease agreements since October 2022. Previously, Jacob worked as an analyst at Aros Bostadsutveckling AB, focusing on portfolio transactions and financial reporting from October 2020 to October 2022. Jacob's career includes roles as a junior asset manager and operation trainee at Citycon, where responsibilities ranged from managing JV partner relationships to assisting with financial and commercial reporting.
