Farah Diyana Naim Jemali has extensive experience in various managerial roles at Tenaga Nasional Berhad, including in sourcing management, alumni engagement strategy, community & alumni engagement, and strategic management. Farah Diyana also worked on projects involving billing & customer relation management and served as a special officer to the Chief Information Officer at TNB Distribution. Farah has a background in system analysis and was a secondee at McKinsey & Company as part of the TNB Education Hub Team. Farah Diyana holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (Software Engineering) from Universiti Tenaga Nasional.
