Alisa Hunter, MS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, coaching, and program management. Currently serving as Founder & CEO of Legacy Coaching & Consulting, LLC since September 2023, Alisa provides goal clarification, strategic planning, and team development. As Chief of Pathway to Post Secondary Success at Tenacity, Alisa oversees school partnerships and a $480,000 annual budget, managing over 20 personnel. Previous roles include Program Director at The Home for Little Wanderers, where Alisa supported a $3 million budget and led diversity initiatives, and Assistant Program Director at Wediko Children's Services, focusing on operations and program alignment. Alisa also founded the Professional Women of Color Network, enhancing professional connections for women of color. Alisa holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from UMass Boston and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University.
