Frank Oelschlager has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Frank started their career as a Project Engineer at Sutron Corporation, where they worked on several high-profile projects. Frank then moved on to Deltek as a Senior Programmer/Analyst before joining Ecologic as a VP of Engineering, where they played a pivotal role in developing one of the earliest multi-tenant subscription-based software-as-a-service applications.
Frank's career progressed as they took on the role of Vice President of Technical Operations at illumitek, a spin-off from SPSS. Frank later became the CEO of Ulytix, Inc., a machine learning and analytics platform, which was eventually acquired by SOALogix, where they served as CTO and EVP of Operations. During their tenure at SOALogix, Frank brought to market a comprehensive data backplane and a semantic integration engine.
In 2009, Frank joined SAP as a VP of Development, and within three years, they transitioned to become a Partner and Managing Director at Ten Mile Square Technologies. In this role, they worked closely with clients to align technology and business objectives, providing services such as market analysis, product strategy, and organizational transformation.
Most recently, Frank served as an Interim CTO at RightEye, utilizing their expertise to drive technology initiatives. Throughout their career, Frank has consistently demonstrated their ability to successfully accomplish mission-critical projects and has a strong background in technology modernization, agile practices, and product management.
Frank Oelschlager obtained an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Northern Virginia Community College in 1989-1990. Frank pursued further education in Computer Technology and Information Security at Drexel University and The University of Virginia's College at Wise, but the specific degrees or years of study are not provided. Additionally, Frank has obtained certifications in AWS Certified Cloud Practicioner from Amazon in March 2019, and in Machine Learning from Coursera in 2019.
