Tássita Aguiar has a diverse work experience. Tássita began their career at Porto Seguro in 2015 as a Consultor de vendas, where their responsibilities included consultative sales and customer-focused negotiations in the auto insurance department. Tássita then joined GOL Linhas Aéreas in 2016 as a Teleoperador Vendas, where they handled reservations and ticketing for flights and provided travel consulting services to clients. Tássita later transitioned to the role of Teleoperador B2B, where they continued to handle bookings and provide service to corporate clients. In 2021, Tássita Aguiar moved to the role of Suporte qualidade, where they worked on process improvement strategies and collaborated with different departments to implement action plans. More recently, they have joined Ten Lifestyle Group as a Lifestyle Manager Jr, where they assist clients with planning dream trips, making reservations for flights, hotels, and restaurants, and providing reliable travel information.

From 2021 to 2022, Tássita Aguiar attended Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho, where they pursued a Curso Superior de Tecnologia (CST) in Processos Gerenciais.
