Michael Carpenter possesses extensive experience in guest services and sales within the entertainment and technology sectors. Currently serving as a VIP Suite/Box Concierge at Live Nation Entertainment since March 2021, Michael is dedicated to enhancing the experience of VIP customers at the Shoreline Amphitheater. Concurrently, Michael has been a Guest Experience Associate at ANOTHER PLANET ENTERTAINMENT, LLC since April 2019 and a Guest Services Specialist at Ten Fifty Entertainment since April 2017, focusing on creating exceptional experiences for attendees at various venues and festivals. Prior to these roles, Michael held various positions in sales and account management at companies such as OpsMx, Red Hat, and CA Technologies, demonstrating a strong track record in driving revenue growth and client relations across the technology landscape.
