Jeffrey Ottmers has extensive experience in outdoor guiding and education, currently serving as a Tour Guide at Temsco Helicopters since May 2018. Since May 1997, Jeffrey has also worked as a Naturalist with Denali Backcountry Guides, planning and leading pack rafting, heli hiking, and wilderness tours in Denali National Park. Additionally, Jeffrey operated as a self-employed Naturalist since 1997 and provided guiding services for Era Helicopters LLC until December 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as an Outdoor Recreation Leader at Texas A&M Rec Sports from September 1994 to May 1996, where responsibilities included planning outdoor trips and staffing a rock climbing wall. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Sciences from Texas A&M University, completed in 1996, with previous studies at UTSA from 1988 to 1990.
