Steve Shelley is a seasoned professional in the foam and mattress manufacturing industry, currently serving as the Global Strategic Sourcing Manager at Tempur Sealy International since May 2011. In this role, Steve oversees a diverse range of materials, including various types of polyurethane foam, gel foam, phase change materials, and finished mattress units. Prior to joining Tempur Sealy, Steve accumulated extensive experience at Vitafoam, INC, where key roles included Operations Management as a National Account Manager, Plant Manager, Shift Manager, and Process Engineer over a span of 26 years. Steve holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Guilford College, earned between 1978 and 1984.
