Yulia Barbash has diverse work experience in customer support and sales roles. Yulia began their career as an Assistant (trainee) at Robert Bosch Ltd in 2012, where they displayed strong organizational skills and managed the company's database. In 2012, they joined PC "Chernihivphoto" as a Customer Support and Sales Manager, providing excellent customer support and increasing sales by over 40% annually through the use of Google AdWords and website management.

In 2018, Yulia joined Quipu GmbH as a Customer Support Engineer, where they utilized problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address client needs and provide solutions. Yulia also established strong relationships between their team and client banks, effectively communicating bank requirements to software developers. Yulia applied their analytical skills and knowledge of software architecture to identify issues, determine their causes, and propose effective solutions.

Following their experience at Quipu GmbH, Yulia worked as a Customer Support Engineer at ALM Works from 2021 to 2022, providing support to customers. Currently, Yulia is employed at Tempo Software as a Customer Support Engineer, where they apply their expertise in addressing customer inquiries and providing technical assistance.

Yulia Barbash obtained a Master's degree in Foreign Trade Management from the National Aviation University, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. In 2018, they gained knowledge in Basic HTML+CSS from the School of IT and WEB-design. In 2017, they took ESL English courses at the College of Southern Maryland. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2007, they attended the Chernihiv private school of English "London" and achieved an English level: Advanced. Yulia completed their full middle education at Chernihiv High School #2 with English Intense from 1997 to 2007. In 2020, they pursued a QA manual degree at Beetroot Academy, specializing in QA manual. In 2021, they furthered their expertise in QA as a QA Analyst/QA Automation student at Devmountain. Additionally, Yulia achieved certifications in Capacity and Cost Management, Project and Program Management, Roadmapping and Idea Management, and Time Tracking and Time Management from Tempo Software in May 2023.
