Maia Visnovsky is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in customer experience and product design. Currently serving as the Head of CX & Design at Tempo NZ since May 2020, Maia has advanced through various roles within the company, including Lead Product Designer & Manager and Senior Designer. Prior experience includes positions at Alphero, where Maia worked as an Intermediate Designer and Junior Designer, and MAWSA, where responsibilities included serving as Education Vice President, focusing on enhancing the quality of education and student empowerment. Additional design experience includes a role as Graphic Designer for Wholly Bagels & Pizza, creating promotional materials, and as a Designer for MASSIVE Magazine, where layout design was executed under a tight deadline. Maia holds a Bachelor of Design with Honours in Design and Visual Communications from Massey University, completed in 2017.
