Tom McMenemy has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tom is currently the Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer at Temple Hill Collective, Inc. since June 2018. Tom is also the Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer at Fourteen Counties starting from December 2022.

Prior to these roles, Tom worked as a Principal at Small Axe Consulting from January 2016, where they presumably provided consulting services. Tom also served as the Operations Manager at Berkshire Roots from September 2017 to June 2019, overseeing the operational aspects of the business.
