Mark Risco, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and business operations, currently serving as the Director of Business Operations and Controller at Temple Beth El in Charlotte since May 2019. Prior roles include Director of Accounting at The Johnson Company, Inc., and Controller at Advance Publications/Fingerboard Family Office. Mark's career in accounting began as a Staff Accountant at K-III Communications, followed by positions as Senior Auditor at Paul Scherer & Company. Mark earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Pace University-Pleasantville/Briarcliff Campus between 1988 and 1992.
