Maria Kiselyova is a Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in various roles focused on customer support, content operations, and technical solutions. Currently at Tempesta Media since October 2021, Maria has previously held positions at Omilia and Ciklum, where responsibilities included knowledge management and technical troubleshooting. Maria’s background also encompasses business development roles at EMEX Medical GmbH and Bookimed, where skills in website optimization and patient support were developed. Additional experience in international procurement was gained at Monet Fashion Group and INTERPIPE. Maria holds a Master of Engineering in system analysis and applied mathematics from Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet, alongside a Master's degree in Finance from the Customs Academy Dnipropetrovsk.
