Laura Gonzalez is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Temper since September 2023. Previously, Laura held roles as the People & Culture Senior Manager and People & Culture Manager at Experiencegift from May 2022 to September 2023. Prior to that, Laura was the Talent Acquisition Lead and Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist at BESTSELLER from May 2018 to May 2022. Laura's extensive background includes working as an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist and various roles focused on tech and pharma recruitment at Hudson RPO from August 2015 to May 2018. Laura's career began as a HR Coordinator for AbbVie in 2013, and Laura also completed internships in tech talent acquisition at AUSY and EULEN Flexiplán. Laura holds a Master's Degree in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, obtained between 2008 and 2013.
