Jesus Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Jesus currently works as a Recruiting Coordinator at Instawork, where they partner with recruiters to maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates and schedule interviews. Previously, they worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Instawork, where they accurately scheduled candidates and managed interview processes. Before that, they were a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist at Inflammatix, Inc., where they managed the company's ATS, served on the DEI committee, and created training videos. Jesus also has experience as an HR & Recruiting Coordinator at Ntropic and as a People & Culture Associate at Reddit, Inc., where they handled HRIS tasks and managed HR data. Jesus also worked as a People Team Specialist for Roblox, managing HR-related data, onboarding, and off-boarding processes. Earlier in their career, Jesus served in various roles in the Army National Guard, including Readiness NCO, Training NCO, Medical Logistic NCO, Platoon Sergeant, Assistant S1, Sensor Operator, and Operations Specialist. In these roles, they were responsible for personnel services, coordinating activities, managing documents, and providing support to units.

Jesus Hernandez is currently pursuing a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Communications & Media Technologies at the Academy of Art University, starting in 2022 and expected to be completed in 2024. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies from the same institution, which they completed in 2022.

In terms of certifications, Jesus has obtained several from LinkedIn in various areas.
