Hernan Lozano Castillejos has a background in sales and management. Hernan started their career as a Sales Representative at VSM Abrasives in 1999. Hernan then moved on to Cuprum S.A. de C.V, where they worked as a Key Account Sales Representative. Hernan was responsible for managing top customers and developing new markets. After that, they joined Ducasse Industrial S.A. de C.V as a Sales Director, where they handled sales strategy and office administration for Mexico and Central America. Hernan later worked at Tempel as a Sales Director TdM, overseeing sales activities and the company's global manufacturing facilities. Most recently, they have been working at Oatey Company as General Manager LATAM, leading the company's operations in Latin America.
Hernan Lozano Castillejos completed their education in a chronological order. In 1995, they enrolled at Tecnol贸gico de Monterrey where they pursued a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, which they completed in 2000. During their time at Tecnol贸gico de Monterrey, with the aim of broadening their knowledge base, Hernan also participated in a summer program at Maastricht University in 2000, focusing on "C贸mo hacer negocios en el mundo" (How to do business in the world).
In 1999, Hernan attended Comillas Pontifical University for a summer program focused on "Valores socioculturales en el Mundo" (Sociocultural values in the world). Following this, in 2008, they completed a diploma program in Professional Sales Management at Tecnol贸gico de Monterrey and later in 2009, they pursued a similar program on Leadership at the same institution.
Finally, in 2010-2011, Hernan attended IPADE Business School where they pursued the AD-1 degree in Top Management, specializing in Alta direcci贸n (High-level management).
