Marco Fregoso, PharmD, currently serves as an Inpatient Pharmacist at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center since November 2022, where responsibilities include verifying medication orders, overseeing sterile compounding, and providing pharmacokinetic consultation services. Fregoso also works as a PRN Pharmacist at Abrazo Health and Tempe St Luke's Hospital, following a role as a Clinical Staff Pharmacist at Banner Health. Prior experience includes a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at HonorHealth, and various intern positions at Tempe St Luke's Hospital, St. Luke's Medical Center, and AllianceRx Walgreens Prime.
