Sammantha Spears currently serves as a Human Resource Admin at Tempe Mechanical since March 2023, having previously held the role of Project Accountant. Prior to this, Sammantha worked at Movement Mortgage from February 2014 to February 2023, where responsibilities included assisting underwriters with the completion of files for closing on conventional loans and clearing credit for FHA and state housing loans as a Jr Underwriter. Additionally, Sammantha held the position of Texas Processing Team Lead during this time. Sammantha earned an Associate's degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Scottsdale Community College between 2011 and 2014.
