Jennifer Perkins is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as Managing Director at Temerity Strategic Partners since May 2023, where the focus is on providing growth capital to established real estate owners and operators in the U.S. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Managing Director and Defined Contribution Portfolio Manager at LaSalle Investment Management from April 2021 to May 2023, leading efforts to create a daily valued private real estate offering for the defined contribution market. Prior to that role, Jennifer worked at Principal Real Estate Investors from 1995 to April 2021, advancing through various positions including Senior Director of DC Real Estate Solutions and Portfolio Manager, focusing on real estate investment solutions for the defined contribution retirement market. Jennifer holds an MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a BA in Economics from Central College.
