Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. Mariana also serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Prior experience includes owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching applied mathematics and the history of food at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
