Virginia Hines, JD, MBA, NHA, currently serves as General Counsel and VP of Investor Relations at TelyRx and holds the positions of Secretary and Legal Counsel at Waterfall Bank, as well as Chief Legal Counsel at Waterfall Capital Investments. With a substantial background in legal affairs, Virginia has previously worked as Associate General Counsel at Traditions Senior Management and In-House Counsel at Trulieve. Virginia's early career includes judicial internships at both the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Louisiana Supreme Court, along with legislative assistance for Congressman Rodney Alexander. Virginia's educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, an MBA from Loyola University New Orleans, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
