Rafael Sgrott Martins currently serves as Country Manager for Brazil at Telxius since July 2016. Prior to this role, Rafael held the position of Video Director at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil) from May 2013 to June 2016, and served in various management roles at Telefonica from May 2002 to March 2013, including Senior Manager Product Marketing and Senior Manager Marketing. Earlier experience includes positions as Network Engineer at Diveo and Telecommunications Technician at Embratel. Rafael holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Inovação e Empreendedorismo from FIA Business School and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
