Dilshan De Silva is an experienced technology strategist with a strong background in video solutions and cloud DevOps infrastructure. Currently serving as the Director of Technology Strategy at TELUS since July 2021, Dilshan leads initiatives for digital video solutions. Previously, Dilshan held the position of VP, Operations & Engineering at Enghouse Networks following its acquisition of Espial, where responsibilities included R&D, Customer Support, and launching the Elevate IPTV Cloud SaaS Solution. Dilshan's extensive career began at Corel and Entrust, culminating in a long tenure at Espial, where roles included VP of Engineering & Professional Services and Director of Browser Products. Dilshan holds a Bachelor of Computer Science with Honours from Carleton University, complemented by a focus on Business Management.
