Kelli Xu is an experienced engineer and scientist with a strong background in medical technology and imaging. Currently serving as a Staff Systems Engineer at Telos Health since 2022, Kelli previously held roles at Johnson & Johnson MedTech as both a Staff Advanced Imaging Engineer and Senior Optical Systems Engineer. At Lumicell, Kelli was a Senior Scientist, leading the development of a fluorescence imaging device for tumor visualization during surgery. Kelli's research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology focused on phase-contrast tomography in breast cancer, and Kelli also contributed as a Co-Founder of GridForm, applying machine learning for satellite imagery analysis. Kelli's educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Medical Engineering and Medical Physics from MIT and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from UC San Diego.
