Rafael Pabon is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in systems administration and technical support, currently serving as a Senior Systems Administrator at Telos Corporation since December 2018, focusing on STIG hardening, VMware administration, and security compliance. Pabon has also held the role of Senior Information Technology Support Specialist at Insight Global, providing support to U.S. Army clients across multiple networks. Previous positions include Systems Administrator in the U.S. Army, as well as senior roles at DAWSON FEDERAL and Creative Business Solutions, where problem resolution in hardware and software systems was a primary duty. With a distinguished military career spanning over 30 years, Pabon has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from the University of Arkansas Grantham.
