From 2014 to 2018, they were a Solution Sales Consultant at West Unified Communications Services. Since 2018, they have been an Account Executive at Telnyx.

Mike Jakubisin attended Fenwick High School from 2003 to 2007 and then Valparaiso University from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in New Media-Journalism.
