Leszek Winiarski has over 25 years of work experience in the IT industry. Leszek began their career in 1993 as a System Engineer for SAFO. In 1997, they moved to Ericsson as an IT Administrator. In 2000, they joined Damovo Poland as a Presales Engineer and Ericsson Enterprise in the same year in the same role. From 2006 to 2007, they worked at Symantec as a Senior Presales Engineer and then at Genesys | Interactive Intelligence as a Senior Solutions Engineer. From 2007 to 2021, they worked at Genesys in roles of Senior Solutions Architect and Principal Solutions Consultant. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Vonage as a Customer Solutions Architect and in 2022 they moved to Telnyx as a Senior Solutions Engineer EMEA.

Leszek Winiarski attended Warsaw University of Technology from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a mgr. inż. (equivalent to a Master's degree) in Telecommunication.
