Daniel de Boer is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a robust background in tech recruitment, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Telness Tech since March 2024. Previously, Daniel held key roles at OOAK Relations, Volvo Car Mobility, Instabox, and Mathem, among others, leading initiatives in talent acquisition and recruitment strategy across various tech and product domains. Starting as a Tech Researcher at Grooo, Daniel has developed a comprehensive skill set in end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and team leadership. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Science with a focus on Social Psychology from Uppsala University.
