Mads Bagge Dalsø Schacht has over 15 years of experience at Telmore, currently serving as Senior Product Manager for Digital Customer Experience in the Center of Excellence. Mads has played a critical role in transforming customer insights into development ideas and optimization processes to enhance the brand's digital interactions. Previous positions include Senior Product Manager and Product Manager, where responsibilities included enhancing core customer journeys and optimizing digital tools. Mads has a strong foundation in customer relations and project management, with early career experience as an Accounting Assistant and Supporter in broadband services. Mads holds a Master’s degree in International Marketing and Management from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in General Economics from the University of Southern Denmark. Mads also undertook an internship at Deutsche Telekom, where exposure to various divisions provided a broad understanding of the telecommunications sector.
