Nate Smith is an experienced legal and business executive currently serving as Managing Director and CEO, as well as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Tellus Holdings Ltd since June 2019. Previously, Nate held the position of Vice President at UPS from March 2016 to June 2019, where responsibilities included supporting Global M&A, Emerging Markets, and Compliance, while also advising on UPS' Venture Capital Fund. Additional roles include Acting General Counsel at Ware2Go and Emory Law Adjunct Professor, contributing to legal education by developing courses on International Deal Work. Earlier career experiences include positions at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Latham & Watkins, focusing on corporate law and capital markets, as well as serving as a Strategy Consultant at IBM.
