Kathleen Narayanan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kathleen started their career as a Data Processing Supervisor at Farmers Bank and Trust in 1980 and then moved on to become a Senior Systems Analyst at Unisys in 1983. During their time at Unisys, they received the Award of Excellence in 1986 for their work on the Mellon Bank data processing platform for small banks.
In 1991, Narayanan co-founded Avalon International, Inc. where they served as the Co-Owner, COO, and CFO. Kathleen played an instrumental role in growing the company from 2 to 25 US employees and 30 offshore developers. Avalon International developed multiple products that were delivered to big banks and item processors.
In 2008, Narayanan joined Bluepoint Solutions as the VP of Product Management. Kathleen worked in this role until 2009 when they became the Co-Owner of Zeon Ventures, LLC. After three years at Zeon Ventures, they transitioned to their current position as the CFO of Telliant Systems, a company that provides onsite and outsourced services in software development, quality testing, and performance engineering.

Kathleen Narayanan obtained an Associate Degree in Computer Applications from Thompson Institute in the period of 1979 to 1981. Kathleen also pursued an Associate Degree in Accounting during the same time at Thompson Institute. Later, from 1981 to 1983, they attended Penn State University and successfully completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
