Paolo Dal Pino has held several executive roles throughout their work experience. Paolo served as the Chief Executive Officer at Telit from September 2018. In 2020, they became the President of Lega Serie A and also took on the role of Vice President at the FIGC - Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio. Prior to that, they were a Board Member at SACE, PROMETEON TYRE GROUP, Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires, Pirelli, Terna SpA, CESI SpA, and Banijay, with varying start and end dates for each position.

Paolo Dal Pino pursued their undergraduate studies in Business Administration at Università di Pavia from 1981 to 1985.
